Karnataka State Police has introduced an easy way to apply and get police verification or police clearance certificate.
1. Download the application for Police verification form here.
2. Fill up the form and attach the relevant documents for Age proof and Address proof ((Passport, Pan card, Ration Card, Voter ID, BSNL Telephone Bill, Gas Bill, Water Bill, Electricity Bill, Driving License)
3. Pay the fees at any Bangalore one or Karnataka One counters at Mysore, Shimoga, Bellary, Mangalore, Davangere, Hubli, Dharwad City, Gulbarga, Tumkur and Belgaum or pay online at www.bangaloreone.gov.in by credit or debit card.
4. Submit your application at your respective office of Commissioner of Police or Superintendent of Police
