Airtel has launched Airtel Self care, an online account management facility for airtel broadband and landline customers.

Now you can manage your accounts online, with access to your account information. You can pay airtel bills online and download airtel ringtones and access other services like mobile prepaid, postpaid, call cards, airtel gallery, airtel gprs etc. Blackberry services is also available through Airtel in India.

In order to access your account first the customers need to register at airtel site. After the registration, through “My Account”  page customers can manage the accounts as well pay the bills using credit or debit card through the website.

If you want to contact the Airtel customer care, click on the contact us page  in the airtel website and select customer care link and select the circle from dropdown menu to get the airtel customer care number and email id. (Airtel customer care page works only in internet explorer).
